Delivery times & shipping conditions

Our average delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days. Please note that in exceptional cases, certain items may have a longer delivery time. These items will then be shipped separately and at a later date. We always strive to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible to offer you a pleasant shopping experience.

Shipping costs within Germany

For orders with a goods value of 49€ and more, shipping is free within Germany.

For orders with a goods value of less than 49€, a shipping fee of 4.99€ will be charged.

Shipping costs within the European Union (EU)

For all orders delivered to countries within the European Union, the shipping fee is 13,99€ .

International shipping costs

For orders delivered to countries outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €19.99 applies.
